Inklusives Rohrbach
IN:RO
IN:RO
– is an informal platform made possible by the people from the Rohrbach district
– is independent of any political party
– is independent of churches and religious communities
– is committed to the tradition of humanism, the enlightenment of universal human rights.
IN:RO
– regards the diversity and heterogeneity of society as fundamental and self-evident
– therefore uses the term INCLUSION instead of integration, because this means that all people are seen as equal individuals who are part of the population regardless of personal characteristics or prerequisites.
– uses the term TRANSCULTURALITY because today’s societies are in no way shaped by uniform ways of life.
IN:RO
– tries to create possibilities and room for ideas, thoughts and energies.
– organizes meetings and gatherings
– strives to use existing regional and international forces and opportunities for processes of cultural exchange in a networked manner (= transcultural and interdisciplinary cultural processes).
– tries to promote newly emerging public forms and design paths through art, inclusive activities, management and networking.
IN:RO
– works as a collective
– is not centralized
– is not organized hierarchically
– considers cooperation and solidarity as well as treating people on an equal footing with one another as an essential feature of their actions.
